Designing your custom pendant is simple:

Allow 12-15 days for production (Some pieces may take longer).
For two rows, add a space between letters. (Spaces don’t count as letters.)
Each letter is priced individually, so be sure to choose the correct count.

Do I need to pay customs duties?
No. All duties and taxes are included for customers in the USA, UK, and Canada. Customers in other countries may be responsible for duties or taxes in accordance with their local regulations.

As soon as your pendant is complete and on its way, you’ll receive tracking by email.
If you ordered a chain along with your pendant we may ship the chain first while you wait for your pendant.
