Grillz are non-refundable due to sanitary reasons.
Custom Pendants are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all returns fees.
Items lost in transit (Lost packages)
We are not responsible for lost packages, if the package says delivered and you have not received you should contact USPS or the assigned carrier and file a claim with them.
