If you are not happy with the purchase you are free to return the package back to us within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original packaging. 

To start the returns process email us at support@iceclique.com. Do not mail the package back to the original address. 

Items bought under buy one get one, buy two get one offers must be returned together in order to receive a refund.

We have a 365 Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee - If your product experiences defects within 12 months of your purchase or arrives damaged we will repair it or replace it free of charge.

365 Day Guarantee can be used once per item. Guarantee does not cover lost or stolen products. 

Grillz are non-refundable and non-returnable due to sanitary reasons.

Moissanite products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Custom pendants & rings are non-refundable, non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for all returns fees.

Items lost in transit (Lost packages)

We are not responsible for lost packages, if the package says delivered and you have not received you should contact USPS or the assigned carrier and file a claim with them.
