Most in-stock items ship directly from our offices in Austin, Texas.

When stock is limited, your order may be fulfilled from our overseas warehouses in Europe or Hong Kong via FedEx or DHL. Rest assured, this will not affect your delivery time.

To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, we sometimes ship orders in multiple packages based on availability. For example, the chain for a custom pendant may be shipped first while the pendant itself is still being crafted, so you can begin enjoying the chain right away.

No. All duties and taxes are included for customers in the USA, UK, and Canada. Customers in other countries may be responsible for duties or taxes in accordance with their local regulations.

Returns & warranty

We offer a 365-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If your product arrives damaged or develops a defect within 12 months of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no cost. To use the warranty, you must return the defective product to us for inspection, and we will ship the replacement back to you free of charge.

The warranty can be used once per item and does not cover lost or stolen products. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

Earrings and grillz are non-refundable and non-returnable due to health and safety reasons. Moissanite products, as well as custom pendants and rings, are also non-refundable and non-returnable.

Orders may be cancelled for a few common reasons, such as an incorrect billing address or an incorrect number of letters selected for a custom pendant.

In some cases, our fraud prevention software may flag an order as high-risk. If this happens, we recommend placing your order again using PayPal for a smoother checkout process.

If you happen to receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue without delay. In your message, include your order number, the name of the item you did not receive, the name of the item you received instead, and a clear photo of the item you received.

Once we have these details, our Customer Support team will review the case and arrange the correct item for you as quickly as possible.

CUSTOM JEWELRY

Designing your custom pendant is simple:

  1. Enter your word or letters (ex: ICE)
  2. Select the matching option for the number of letters (ICE = 3 letters)
  3. Pick your pendant color

Allow 12-15 days for production (Some pieces may take longer). 

For two rows, add a space between letters. (Spaces don’t count as letters.)

Each letter is priced individually, so be sure to choose the correct count.
