Step 1. Fill out a form at the bottom of this page.

Please provide as many details as possible about your pendant, along with a sketch. Once we receive these, we'll send you a quote.

Step 2. Deposit & 3D CAD model.

Once we’ve confirmed we can design your pendant and provided a price, a $250 deposit will be required to begin the project. This deposit covers the 3D CAD modeling fees, is non-refundable, and will be applied to the final cost of the pendant.

Our team will then create a detailed 3D model based on your sketch, and you’ll have the opportunity to add or remove details throughout the design process.

Step 3. 50% deposit and production

Once you’ve confirmed that you’re satisfied with the 3D model of your pendant, we’ll proceed with production. To begin production, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required. Throughout the production process we will keep you updated with images of your pendant.

Step 4. 50% deposit and shipment

Once your pendant is complete, we’ll send you a picture for your approval. If no changes are needed, a final 50% deposit will be required before we ship your pendant. It will be sent via tracked express shipping.

PRODUCTION TIMELINE

1. Time to make 3D CAD - 2-5 days.

2. Time to make the pendant - 2-4 weeks.

3. Shipping - 2-5 days.
