Step 1. Fill out a form at the bottom of this page.

Please provide as many details as possible about your pendant, along with a sketch. Once we receive these, we'll send you a quote.

Step 2. Deposit & 3D CAD model.

Once we’ve confirmed we can design your pendant and provided a price, a $250 deposit will be required to begin the project. This deposit covers the 3D CAD modeling fees, is non-refundable, and will be applied to the final cost of the pendant.

Our team will then create a detailed 3D model based on your sketch, and you’ll have the opportunity to add or remove details throughout the design process. The cost of the 3D CAD model will be deducted from your final payment, and you can request unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied with your pendant.

Step 3. Payment and production

Once you’ve confirmed that you’re 100% satisfied with the 3D model of your pendant, we’ll proceed with production. To begin production, a non-refundable payment of 100% of the pendant’s price, minus the $250 CAD deposit you’ve already paid, will be required.

Throughout the production process, we’ll keep you updated with images of your pendant.

PRODUCTION TIMELINE

1. Time to make 3D CAD - 2-5 days.

2. Time to make the pendant - 2-4 weeks.

3. Shipping - 2-5 days.
