    Do I need to pay customs duties?

    Please note that the price of our products does not include customs duties or import taxes.

    Customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs fees, excise duties, or other government-imposed charges related to their order. These fees, if applicable, are typically paid directly to your national government or postal service upon delivery.

    Iceclique.com does not calculate or charge customs duties at checkout. Any such fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer.

    Can I edit or change my order after placing it?

    Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it. Orders are sent to production within minutes, and we cannot make changes to items already in manufacturing.

    Why did my order arrive in two separate parcels?

    As we have multiple warehouses globally, in rare cases, your order may be split into separate shipments depending on product availability. This ensures we can dispatch items as soon as they are ready.
