Order Processing Times (Time to prepare your order for shipping)
- Regular, non-custom products: 24-48 hours
- Custom letter pendants: 12-15 days (Sometimes 2-3 weeks)
- Custom photo pendants: 2-5 days
- Moissanite items: 3-5 days

Tracking

Do I need to pay customs duties?
No. All duties and taxes are included for customers in the USA, UK, and Canada. Customers in other countries may be responsible for duties or taxes in accordance with their local regulations.
Can I edit or change my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it. Orders are sent to production within minutes, and we cannot make changes to items already in manufacturing.
Why did my order arrive in two separate parcels?
As we have multiple warehouses globally, in rare cases, your order may be split into separate shipments depending on product availability. This ensures we can dispatch items as soon as they are ready.
